Let’s keep nurturing your creative side together. Clarify your identity, vision, and voice. Commit to a weekly practice of how to visually interpret what you see and capture on paper. We will sharpen our artistic skills with drawing fundamentals: line, contour, shapes, shading, controlling tones, proportion, perspective, and composition. While using pencil, a variety of subject matter, including still life, nature, people, and buildings, will be explored. While it is recommended you take Intro to Drawing as a prerequisite, students with former drawing experience are very welcome to participate.

You may be able to find the supplies or equivalent brands at Michaels, Joann’s Fabric, or Cheap Joes of Asheville. These stores almost always have coupons you can find on their website.
