Join Haywood Community College to celebrate 60 years of impact in Haywood County and our region.
Awareness of this milestone will be celebrated throughout the 2025-2026 academic year, with a special event to be held on Thursday, September 18th to showcase where we've been, where we are going, and much more!

A special event in September to recognize and celebrate 60 years!

- Video debut of special stories from those that helped shape HCC

Commemorative Book
One element of this celebration is to produce a commemorative booklet sharing special stories of impact to those in our community. This includes those that helped shape Haywood Community College, and those that were positively impacted by their time at the college as a student or employee.
To make this publication shine that much more, we are asking for anyone to submit their impact story. The deadline is Friday, May 23, 2025. If your story is selected, you will be contacted following your submission and may be asked to provide additional information or a photo at that time.
