Evergreen Closure Resources
The community has pulled together a centralized website for all resources. This website is www.milltownstrong.com and will provide updates and resources as they become available.
Many agencies around Haywood County are working hard to provide as many resources as possible for our community. For a quick reference of those organizations and contact information, view the comprehensive brochure.
With the closing of the papermill, the town and county are trying to gather as much
information as possible about the needs of the community, including workers and their
households, but also anyone else living in the community. Results from this survey
will be used to inform the work of the town, county, community college, and the school
district. Results may be made public to inform state, federal, and philanthropic investments.
All responses will be reviewed anonymously. In the final question, you have the option
to leave your contact information if you are interested in someone following up with
you based on your responses. Thank you for your time.
