Professional Craft Students to Host Spring Sale

Students in the Professional Craft Program at Haywood Community College will host a Spring Craft Sale Friday, April 30, from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The sale will feature student work in four mediums, including fiber, metals, ceramics, and wood. Held outside in the second-floor courtyard of the Creative Arts Sycamore Building, the sale is open to the public.
Students come from around the country for Haywood Community College’s unique combination of practical business skills and craft techniques. This student-led sale is a valuable opportunity for students to practice the marketing and sales skills they learn in the Professional Craft Program, as well as a fun way to engage with community members about craft.
